2015 Awards Recap - Thank you! 12.29.15

Phoenix, Arizona – We don’t mean to brag, but our team is proud to announce that New Angle Media has walked away with eight more shiny awards to add to our display case, including two Horizon Interactive awards, one Stevie®, one W³, one Summit, one Silver Quill, and two National Telly awards!

These winnings are due to two projects on which Honeywell collaborated with New Angle Media.

The Horizon, Stevie, W³, Summit and Silver Quill awards recognize a collaboration between Honeywell and New Angle Media to develop the Performance Accelerator application. The Performance Accelerator is a one-stop shop for airline fleet management, helping airlines calculate fuel, maintenance, operation and safety costs savings from service bulletin incorporation. The interactive online tool includes an innate search function and user-friendly interface so employees across different departments can navigate it efficiently and easily.

The National Telly Awards recognize Honeywell and New Angle Media on another collaborative project from this year; the Honeywell Customer Service Connection video.

Horizon Interactive Awards
New Angle walked away with two Horizon Interactive Awards. The first award was Gold in the B2B/Corporate category, while the second was Silver in the Consumer Information category.

The Horizon Interactive Award is one of the most prominent in interactive and creative media honoring the best web sites, videos, online advertising, print media and mobile applications. Each year the Horizon Interactive Awards receives thousands of entries from around the world and a volunteer panel of industry professionals.

American Business Awards: The Stevie® Awards
New Angle was awarded the prestigious Bronze Stevie award on June 22, 2015. The Stevie® Awards are the world's premier business awards. They were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. In short order, the Stevie® has become one of the world's most coveted prizes.

W³ Awards
New Angle Media and Honeywell Aerospace were awarded a Silver W³ award for their collaboration on the Honeywell Performance Accelerator application in the “General Website Categories – Transportation”.

The W³ Awards honors creative excellence on the web, and recognizes the people behind award winning sites, marketing programs, social content, mobile site/apps and online video. In honoring the best of the Web, the W³ Awards is the first major web competition to be accessible to the biggest agencies, the smallest firms, and everyone in between. Small firms are as likely to win as Fortune 500 companies and international agencies.

Summit Awards
New Angle Media and Honeywell were awarded a Silver Summit Award in the Website category for their collaboration on the Performance Accelerator application.

The Summit International Awards recognize excellence in creativity and effectiveness of advertising and communication content. Founded in 1994, the organization has served the segment of the industry consisting primarily of advertising and other communication companies and individuals.

Companies and individuals from 50+ countries and five continents have participated in its programs. The organization is recognized worldwide as one of the industry’s most prestigious awards as demonstrated by the caliber of its entrants.

IABC Southern Region Silver Quill Award
New Angle was awarded Silver Quill award by the International Association of Business Communicators (IBAC) Southern Region on October 16, 2015. The Honeywell Performance Accelerator application won in the Marketing, Advertising and Sales Vehicles category, Division IV – Communication Skills.

Known as one of the most prestigious awards program in the industry, Silver Quill recognizes business communicators from throughout the IABC Southern Region, which has 25 active chapters and nearly 2,200 members spread across 13 US states, the Caribbean and Latin America, the broadest global geographic region.

National Telly Awards
Honeywell and New Angle Media were recognized with two National Telly Awards for their collaboration on the Honeywell Customer Service Connection video. Companies were honored for their achievements in film and video productions, groundbreaking web commercials, videos and films, and outstanding local, regional, and cable TV commercials and programs.

The Telly Awards, founded in 1978, first honored excellence in local, regional and cable TV commercials. Non-broadcast video and TV program categories were soon added. Today, the Telly is one of the most sought-after awards by industry leaders, from large international firms to local production companies and ad agencies.
